Great Northern Homes and Construction was started by Jeff and Susan Clements in 1998. Jeff and Susan are both long time Alaskans, (1979 and 1972 respectively) and have resided in the valley for over 15 years.

Jeff is not new to the building industry and is a third generation builder. Now the whole family is involved, Jeff and Susan, Ron and Carolyn (aka Dad and Mom), Kelly and Jill, along with a new fourth generation learning the industry.

Byron and Kenneth Clements started the legacy after WWII, and we have been building ever since. We love Alaska and the Valley and plan to stay right here. There are many new faces from Outside and Anchorage here now, but rest assured we are here to stay and are committed to providing a top quality product and sustainable growth.
